About Our Staff
Our inspectors have had a background in either or all of the following disciplines; construction, building maintenance, electrical engineering. Once on with us they will spend 6 months in a mentor position. Then will go on to Amerispec Corporate for 2 weeks of training. We have between 3-4 full-time inspectors that perform continued education through the year.
We are proud affiliate sponsors of The Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) of Pinellas, Hillsborough, Sarasota and Manatee Counties, the Pinellas Realtor Organization (PRO), the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR),the Sarasota Association of Realtors (SAR), and the Manatee Association of Realtors (MAR).
